With the introduction of the KFC Double Down and continuing on with the likes of Denny's Fried Cheese Melt, Friendly's Grilled Cheese BurgerMelt and the KFC Skinwhich (although this was just a hoax)... I honestly though that no one could come up with anymore outrageous sandwhich concoctions.
